I had a great experience at this store. While they did not have the product I was looking for, I had a genuine and down-to-earth chat with Ken who is an employee of the store. Ken was very courteous and helpful. Given the customer experience, I will be sure to come back here in the future.

Bought a pair of ASIC superblasts from here, Chris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about running! I was told I need stability shoes before based on one of those machines but he took a video and that didn't seem like a problem for me.

I’ve struggled to find running shoes for awhile and a friend suggested I go here - the owner is a magician and helped me find the perfect pair! He’ll take his time with you and analyze your gait to make sure they’re perfect

small little store with decent stock. stand out are the super friendly employees!! Duncan helped us out and was great at recommending shoes based on our feet scan and training goals! will definitely be back

WOW! Genuinely got the most amazing customer service I had to write a review. I was helped by people who were extremely knowledgeable and didn’t stop until I found the right shoe for me. I didn’t feel like an inconvenience or dismissed which happens a lot in retail. Love this place!

This place gives bespoke foot assessments and the staff are all knowledgeable and engaged. I've never had a better shoe buying experience, 11/10. I was helped by Jacob and Ishaan and they were professional and inspired my confidence in my purchase.

Running Revolution is hands-down the best spot to find your next ideal pair of running shoes. The owner and staff are super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly provide exceptional customer service you won't find anywhere else. They have a fantastic selection of all the top brands, plus a great stock of my favorite gels for training. With such a convenient location, it’s my go-to shop. Highly recommended!

Got new ASICS shoes a month or so ago from here. Really helpful and patient people. Took their time to find the right shoe and gave me enough time and space to assess them. Lot of the running stores in the bay area feel too rushed and trying to upsell you. But i didn't feel that here and that's more than i can ask for

I normally only review and rate restaurants but the customer service here was so phenomenal that I had to come here and give kudos to the business. It’s a small store near downtown Campbell and since I visited on a weekday, it had only one other customer. I did not catch the name of the shop owner, but he is clearly passionate about running. Since I am novice, he was very patient with me and explain everything nicely. We did the feet analysis and he was able to tell what size and kind of shoes I neded. He showed me a couple options and then he made me try them and jog for couple hundred feet while a video recorded me. I was able to finally get a HOKA which feels great on my feet. Love the experience of shopping here and would definitely recommend this to all my friends.

I came in today looking for new running shoes. I was looking to buy another pair of Hokas but was open to any suggestions by staff. Jack was the gentleman who helped me today. He was very thorough. He helped me with my size but having me step on an analyzer. He brought out Hokas and other brands he thought I may like. I ended up buying an ASICS shoe but I tried on 4 other shoes to compare. I appreciate the time Jack spent with me to make my purchase. I highly recommend this store! Thank you!
